Does submitting the form enroll me in a study?
No. A form submission is only an information request. Eligibility and enrollment decisions are made through a separate study review process.
Is my mobile number required?
No. Lead sections that request a mobile number mark it as optional. You can submit the form without providing a mobile number.
Are the SMS checkboxes required?
No. General account notifications and marketing texts are separate optional choices. You do not need to check all boxes to submit your information.
Do you share my data with third-party marketers?
No. Vero Medical Network does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties or affiliate marketers.
